How to bleed brake MC?

Anyone know how to bleed the brake MC on a 92 S4?  I have not found 
any bleed screws other than on the brake calipers.  The MC has two 
brake lines which go directly to the ABS III unit.  ABS unit has three 
output lines, LF, RF, and rear.  Do I crack open the connections where 
the lines enter the MC?  Do anything with the ABS unit?

I have never bleed a MC before, so please be as explicit as possible.
