Received my replacement window switch from Linda at Carlsen Audi... went to
remove passenger arm-rest to replace dead switch, and surprise #1: those
German engineers use allen-head bolts to hold the arm-rest on!  So, after 
loosening the three bolts, the arm-rest comes off the back two brackets,
but the front one won't let go -- am I missing something here, maybe a
twist, wiggle, shake, or...?  I don't want to destroy the arm-rest by
using too much muscle and not enough brains, so would appreciate hearing
what the secret is to getting this thing off.
