Yikes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Has any One fixed this problem yet?????

It is begining to piss me off. my Provider cant seem to find this 
repeating and repeating message in my mail box I cant get any messages 
but this one.

any advice short of a Shot Gun would be a appreciated
