not too sure about the audi mountain bike but i saw a $12,000 porsche downhill mountain bike when i bought the 20v tqc at my dealers last week.....
and a most decidely beautiful piece of kit it was too. the frame geometry looked good with a canterlevered rear bracket pivoting above the bottom bracket, light adjustable rear shock (adjustable rebound damping) lightweight discs front and rear which meant they could go with some very nice narrow rims which would make the bike very very strong downhill. nice german workmanship and groupset.
audi is probably going to follow porsche on this one...
