I think your analysis is incorrect, but I could easily be wrong.

The proof will be in your experience.  Please let us know if you are
able to geta new S6 sedan swapped into a local dealer for your
purchase.  Even though supply is low, it is not zero, so if your
analysis above is correct it should be no problem for you.
