And AudiGod help those stuck out in the Boonies with one of 'em OBDIII's.
Break down on a long drive far from a dealer and you are royally screwed.

Overheated? Sorry, son. But you can't open up the hood to add fresh water
and coolant. You are not good enough to do such a thing.


Like to see what happens the first time one leaves the lights on and
expects to get jump started instead of towed to nearest dealer.

It's sorta like buying a house and having a locked basement to keep owners
from tampering with the electricals and water heater and furnace etc.
