OBDIII?

	Is this OBDIII a sure thing?  My friendly source tells me that 
while it is on the table, too many problems exist for it to ever make 
it--as is [many of the facts listed by Paul].  Sounds pretty crazy to 
me.  With all due respect to the EPA, I gotta believe that the psycho 
application would be more beneficial if aimed at industrial contamination 
/ waste, than granny's new car.  But, ya know, who the hell am I?
