Expected Life of Clutch, Water Pump, and Manual Transmission Oil on 86 Coupe GT?

My car is 10 yrs old with only 92K miles.  I'm still on the original water
pump and clutch.   Can anyone give me an idea of when I should expect to
replace these?  

Also, the Audi manual says that the manual transmission oil is permanent.
But, of course there's a drain plug which makes me belive that it should be
changed at least once during the life of the car.  Does anyone know of any
time or mileage guidelines for changing this oil?
