Headlight Question

We've been having a lot of rain lately and I've noticed moisture inside
the headlight lenses of my 1990 200 TQ.  I've looked at the Bentley
and don't see anything about removing the glass lenses from the 
plastic lamp housings.  Has anyone experienced a seal problem with
their headlamps and if so, how  does one seal them?  Also, are the
little plastic tabs that mount the chrome trim strip along the front
of the grill available?  Mine seem to have self distructed.
