5KCSTQ: Drivers door handle broken

Hi all,

Just another AUDI problem.  As I was unlocking my drivers door I heard a SNAP
and nothing - the tumbler spins but won't unlock or lock.  As it was it would
hit the switch to unlock the doors but wouldn't mecanically actuate the drivers
door so in the event of no power I would not be able to enter.  The passenger
door will only unlock the passenger door but will lock all of the doors.  I have
to do something quick as I don't want to be completely stranded.

I remeber seeing a post about a repair kit - but the handle works ok - just the
linkage (does this use the whitish plastic conectors that screw on one side and
clamp on the other?), can I buy these individually, anything else to do while
I'm there.  Sorry I can't check archives as I have just a DOS (no windows) where
I'm at for the next few months.
