Auto Insurance question? (Kaput Audi)(fwd)

Some *** backed into my Audi in the parking lot recently, damaging the front 
right quarter. I have a comprehensive deductible of $100 and a collision deductible
of $500. AAA insists the accident should be treated as a collision and not 
comprehensive with a deducible of $500 instead of $100. I think otherwise.

Could someone please tell me if AAA is ripping me off?
