I'm pretty much in agreement w/Mike on this one; a few things to add. One
of my 90's was bought/serviced at HBL for most of it's life by the original
owner; he was pleased (of course most of it was under warranty). I find
their parts department not the best though; Audi's are not really their
interest (between MB, Land Rover, Porsche, etc.). Never used their service
department, though.
My V8 was maintained (under warranty) at Tischer in Silver Spring...they
were pretty good, and you got a free loaner car. They seem somewhat
dependent on which service advisor, though, I always used the Porsche guy,
Tom (their Audi guy was an idiot). Average parts department.
I've been using Rockville Porsche/Audi for parts I don't have time to mail
order - best local Audi parts place I've found. And the only Audi dealer
I've seen that has Audi t-shirts! :).......SLM
