I'll second that recommendation. They've always been very helpful,
even on a couple of occasions where they were bailing me out of
shipping screw-ups from Carlsen - i.e., they knew I'd just spent
$300 dollars at some CA dealership, and was only buying a $30 clamp
from them, but were still willing to spend the time to get things
right. Prices seem average for a dealer.

I can also recommend them for their helpfulness.  They bailed me
out when I mail ordered a part with no instructions.  The service
advisor searched through the bulletins and faxed me the info I
needed to get the job done.  Don't have enough experience to know
about their parts prices.
