You're doing pretty good if you're actually getting 24 (did you
calculate that or are you going by the read-out?). I see a big
difference between city and freeway driving -- less than 20 mpg
in the city, and about 24 on the freeway. I'm pretty sure it will
get up to 27 or so on long-distance cruises.
I believe the EPA rating of the car is 17/24, so we're doing OK.
