A4Q vs. 328i

I really am happy with the A4Q I have.  I looked at the 318i, the 328i and 
that Bimmer convertible James Bond thing.  The 328 may be quicker and more 
sporty, but to get it equipped as close to the Audi as possible, the price is 
at 40k or more.  Closer in price to the A4Q is the 318i, and there you never 
can get a v6, and the price is, again, more than the A4.  Plus, traction 
control is the illegitimate son of Quattro.

As I said in another posting, the fit and finish of the BMW has gone down in 
the 3-series, and they feel snug inside, with poor materials used as well.  
Plus, there are too damned many of them on the road.  My town has dozens of 
teenaged girls cruising around in them, let alone the professionals who don't 
have daddy buy them for them.  I like people asking what kind of Audi it is, 
find out what I have in it, and then watch their jaw drop when I tell them I 
paid 29K with taxes and tags.  My  3-series driving boss is embarrassed and 
asked me to take down the C&D story i have hanging up where the A4Q beats the 
328i and the saab 900.
