I have the jacobs ignition parts in my 5ktq and cant say if there is a noticable
difference or not. But I have not had any weird happinings with any other parts. I get
1.9 to 2.0 boost and 27 to 30 mpg hwy milage. The system consists of : computer box, BIG
coil, wires and instructions. The comp. reads the resistance at the plugs and regulates
the power from the BIG coil which is variable output to 60,000 volts. The BIG coil
passes the volts thur the very low resistance wires. OH by the way the hook up is
different on the audis than they describe in the instructions. A friend uses it on a TCQ
that is modified with cam extrudehone IA etc. He states the car will not run properly
with out the jacobs stuff ????
