  The symptoms are: The ECU error idiot light comes on indicating max.
timing retard when off boost. On boost, maximum pressure is 1.5bar. Power is
WAY down, about like not having the stiffer wastegate spring at all. Having
a hole in the hose can't be good, runs lean off boost and rich on boost.
