Door Panel Removal; V8

Hello All,

Does anyone know the procedure for RnR ing the door panels
on the V8. I have some "stick" or tight feeling door handles 
and know from the list that I better get some grease on the
inner linkages and pivot points. 

I pulled the edges out away from the door and loosened the 
socket head screw at the front of the door handle but I did
not want to force anything and break something real expensive.
The panel was still firmly attached.

I would greatly appreciate any clues, TIA
