Antifreeze..

Hi people,

Is it true that one never needs to flush the anti-freeze in a 92 S4? I was reading in the 
owner's manual and it mentioned that the anti-freeze need never be changed. Mine is the color 
of the Hudson River, a murky brown. Can anyone shed some light on this please?
