RE: Black plastic bumper cleaning
The guy I watched in the detail shop had a 2 inch paint brush with the
bristles cut off to about 1/4 inch. He used this, along with a soft
brass wire brush (for the really tough stuff), and all the old polish
came out fairly easily. Then he put something like "bumper black" on and
it really looks like new!!
