Alex, you are on to something here. My wife, a former OB/GYN nurse, brought
home these huge Q-Tip-like-things that they use for (what the doc's call)
"D&C's". I am sure you can get some mental picture of their medical
purpose...or your sex therapist girlfriend can explain in the proper medical
terms...
Anyway...these huge medial-grade Q-tips (approx. 10" long) with their big
cotton heads fit all the way down to the plug (and around it) and do a nice
job of soaking up liquids (their original intended purpose) and do a pretty
good job clearing away debris, rust scales, etc. Interested parties can
probably get a pack of 50 at your local medical supply store, or ask your
wife/girlfriend/both to bring back a handful from her next GYN visit!
