CQ Tranny/Diff Fluid

Fellow Q-listers:

I'm thinking of changing the transaxle and rear diff fluids soon.  My CQ has
68K on the clock and these fluids (as far as I know) have never been changed.
 Should I do this?

It seems that most agree that RedLine and/or Mobil 1 is the way to go.  Do
both make tranny fluid and, if so, which is better?  How about for the rear
diff?  Finally, where is the best place to buy this stuff and how much do I
need?
