Best Price  in Ottawa, Canada - 800-636-0854 - (I believe) will sell you a
pair of Brembo cross drilled and vented 276 mm rotors with the 4X108 bolt
pattern for about $ 230. You will then have to install the Girling 60 two pot
calipers (which you can probably get in a bone yard) then, at minimum, a 15"
wheel or they won't fit. The whole thing (2 front wheel conversion w/o new
wheels or labor) will run about $300 - $ 500 depending on where you get the
calipers (I believe the 87-89 5000 had them).

After this, the car will stop, big time! Although, if you don't change the
apportioning valve it will be biased to the front.
