Fellow Audians, and more specifically, the brothers of the diaphragm 
(oh, I left myself wide open on that one), and JK. Speaking of 
diaphrams, it sounds to me like Aelred and Dialynx are trying to bend 
you over--sorry. Where I come from, a firm written quote, is a firm 
written quote, no excuses. Unless Dialynx limited their quote to a 
certain time (e.g. "this quote will expire in 30 days") or reserved 
the right to change their pricing ("we reserve the right, blah, blah) 
they should honor their quote(in business, sometimes you make money 
and sometimes you lose money--that's business). I would write Dialynx 
back, describe in no uncertain terms all that you have done to put 
this deal together and tell them that since they never told you 
otherwise (I'm assuming they did not) you expect them to honor their 
written quote, period. If they refuse and they are your only source, 
in the alternative, they should sell you fellows the WGDs at their 
cost and prove it to you by supplying a copy of their supplier's 
invoice. In the further alternative, you should tell them to take a 
hike and ensure them that their Internet name is now Dialystinks. Yes, 
I know, I do not _need_ a WGD so all of this is very easy for me to
