Although I haven't actually done it yet, I have a set of bushings (the 
smaller diameter ones for the earlier 5KCSTQ) and got as far as removing 
the control arm with the intent to replace said bushings.  (yeah, I found 
out that my neighbour's car had the later control arms:-(  )  The control 
arm comes off the car in about 15 minutes.  The bushing presses out in 
about 5 minutes, and the new bushing should go in in about 5 minutes.  
Then reinstallation takes about another 15 minutes, so I wouldn't allow 
more than an hour max each side.
