Re: Pulled over!
Chester township? That is where Johnny Law got me for the same thing
last year. I won't use that light if I have a good reason for not
wanting to be stopped.

So, last night I'm piloting my A4Q through the
torrential downpours in central NJ. Major t-storm,
things were pretty ugly... standing water a foot deep
in places on the highway, etc.
After the rain eased up, I found a set of flashing
red lights in my rearview. Ack! I *thought* I was
being careful... my Valentine-1 isn't currently in use,
as I haven't gotten it permanently installed yet.
So we're standing behind the car.
"I'm pulling you over because you've got a defective
rear light; your left brake light is on all the time."
"Oh! No, that's the rear fog light. It's used to provide
better visability from the rear when driving in bad
conditions."
"No, sir, not fog lights. I don't think you understand
what I'm saying. See..."
"Wait here, officer, I'll go turn it off..." (I go up
and flip off the rear fog)
[puzzled and embarrassed cop:] "Oh. I've never heard
of that before. Sorry. You have a nice night."
I've gotta know. HOW OFTEN does this happen to Audi
owners?!?
