Timing belt

Just bought a 91 200Q about 6 weeks ago. Trying to determine what has
been done for maintenance. Last check shows the 45K check up - car now
has 75K. Good news is the dealer replaced the fuel pump and radiator
while it was sitting on the lot. Also the multi-function switch. Bad
news is no evidence of the timing belt or water pump being replaced.
Dealer wants $64 to remove cam cover to check the belt. The question is
- How much of a job is it to replace the timing belt? Anyone have a
guess as to the cost of the timimg belt and water pump for the 3B
engine? FYI, the crank case breather hose for the 3B engine is $79 from
Linda - 103 to 113 from the local dealers (+ 8.2% tax).
