I just ordered a timing belt and water pump for my '86 CGT from Imparts
for a total of $46. It's at 107.5k and I don't see any mention of the
timing belt in the records. I'm not going to try to change them myself,
but I figure that (a) if it breaks I don't want to be stranded waiting for
parts, and (b) if I just keep the new parts in the trunk maybe something
else will break instead, something I can fix myself.

Wishful thinking, most likely -- but on my 10V engine I'm not risking
the head.
