RE: Re[2]: Future Q owner in trouble
Shoot the creep at the dealership (figuratively speaking, of course) and
go to the sales manager. If that doesn't work, go to the owner of the
dealership, then to AoA. Keep the signed agreement handy at all times,
of course. It may also be helpful to have the name of an attorney to
throw around.
If there's no small print on the agreement with the dealership that
allows them to up the price, I think they're screwed. It's not your
friend's problem that they messed up on the pricing of the vehicle.
I'd really like to know how this goes - would you keep us/me informed?
