Delco batteries

Had to throw in my $.02 here. I have NOT had good luck with Delco batteries.
I bought one in Colorado while on my honeymoon in '87. Paid something like
$90 for the biggest, burliest battery I could find and it happened to be a
Delco. It was a 60 Month battery and lasted fore ONE year. When I went to
get it replaced under warranty, all I could find was the Visa receipt for
the parts place I bought it from. Went to several Delco dealers, including
the local distributor, and none of them would give me any credit for it.
Wound up buying a Die-Hard to replace it. My father also had several GM
vehicles and none of their (Delco) batteries lasted for more than a couple
of years. Needless to say I don't have a very high opinion of Delco batteries.
