I have drove in a audi 5000 cs wagon many times. If I remeber it was ver nice. 
I think it seats three in front and three in back.  I don't remeber if there
was a seat in the rear. If you want a fast wagon go for the audi S6 wagon.
They are hard to find but really fast.
