Concur! Cool. Found the line early in the race!

I love (that's LOVE) my V8. The new has never worn off. Every
time I get in and drive I feel fortunate to have such an
engineering work of art. Best road car I've ever owned (and that
includes a long list of MB, BMW and Audi). It's a 4000 lb plus pig, so no
stoplight bomb, but couldn't be better once rolling. Suspect I'm in the
minority, but the UFO brakes are fine for me. 75k on original discs
(2nd set of pads) and no warp. Just completed 400 mi. trip in mostly
aggressive (Not Eric aggressive!) mountain pass, twisty driving.
Lots of 80/90 to 30 braking for hairpins and deer. Cherry red disks, but
no fade, no warp. :o) My V8 has required minimum maintenance... but
when it does, very expensive. Prolly difficult to find a mechanic other than
dealer who has the knowledge and tools to properly service the V8... I
use the Audi dealer in Seattle and am very happy. Some others on this
list have had unpleasant experiences with same dealer maintenance...

Good luck with your 200Q. And this is a great bunch of folks... lots
of friends, lots of fights, lots of knowledge freely given. At least my wife
knows what I'm doing at the computer when I get up in the morning, come
home for lunch, and get home from work. Welcome, Lorens!
