Unfortunately can't comment on this. In the past my preference has been for
NGK then Bosch, but I can't remember what I last put in my Coupe.

Manual appaently doesn't say; my recommendation might be every 30,000 miles.
If you do this, do it with a cold engine/exhaust,and prepare yourself to get
drenched in fuel as you break the fittings loose.

In my opinion, beyond 50,000 miles and you're on borrowed time. I had one
stretch to the point that apparently the camshaft jumped a cog or two and
threw
the engine out of time.

I think that largely covers it, although you might consider the following:
      - Complete brake fluid flush and brake/hydraulic clutch bleed (every 2
years)
      - Coolant repalcement every 3 years w/ non-phosphate coolant
      - Tranny and differential fluid replacement at approx. 50,000 mile
intervals
with a good quality synthetic (Mobil 1, Red Line)
