More Power for a 200qw, And some problems

I have just purchased a 89 200qw and am looking for the best deal for a
Waste gate spring and ecu upgrade.  i would also like to know if Eibach
makes Progresive rate springs andif do where would be the best place to buy
them.

If any one has other Sugestions for Upgrades, I am open to sugeations  (keep
in mind i am a poor starving college student)
