Lime Rock Directions and a/C Blower instructions

Hi all..
   I've had some system problems with my computer account. I saved the
directions to Lime Rock (Aug 18th) from Albany that some kind hearted soul had
posted. Also.. I saved the directions for the installation/removal of the A/C
Blower Motor. However, since I transferred to my new account, the info has been
"lossed." 
   The Blower motor is supposed to be coming in tommorow and I since I have the
day off... it would be very nice to do the work tommorow. I believe the
direction were posted by.. excuse the mispellings and such.. "FLETCH"?
   Oh.. my car is a 89 200q (10v). Oh and BTW, I believe I posted asking for
directions before.. but due to my computer troubles, I couldn't read any
responses. Thanks alot.. and I hope to meet some of you on the 18th.
