Audi 10-Disc CD Changer... Not

The 10-disc Blaupunkt (Sony in drag) CD changer is no longer available.  You
wouldn't want it anyway.  It's anti-skip capability is no longer state of the
art (if it ever was) and it wasn't particularly reliable.  All isn't lost
however, if you have money.

Audi has now developed a kit to install the current 6-Disc Alpine changer in
earlier Bose-equipped cars.  It interfaces directly with the radio, not an FM
modulation set up.  A competent (no smart-ass replies necessary) Audi dealer
should be able to help you.
