This message is not intended as provocation or a flame.  I was involved
to a degree however, and feel that if a discussion is going to ensue,
all facts should be stated.

Just in an effort to further muddy the waters, I'd like to remind Eric
that I had corresponded with him on more than one occasion regarding the
subframe bushings.  The response both times was "They'll be arriving any
day now . . ."

I attempted to contact him again about a month ago when neither Todd nor
myself had heard anything.  This time Eric didn't even bother to respond
to my inquiry, if even to say that they had been delayed.  

Eric, I completely understand that real bill-paying work does often take
more time than we would like.  After all, (as untrue as it would seem to
an outside observer) most of us do have other requirements on our time
besides our beloved Audis and the Quattro list.

I do feel however, that the courtesy of a short reply was not to much to
ask.
