Got back from Florida (hot!) late yesterday and picked up the car about 6PM.
The new engine is a far cry from the old - spools right up, much more power
than the old one ever had.  There are still a couple of little glitches
to work out (like my diff locks don't work now - maybe a missing vacuum line?)
and mondo rust on the brakes, but had it up to almost 100mph and it was feeling
good.  Thanks so much to everyone who gave advice and contributed to this
project - watch your mail for something from me soon!
