O2 sensor and repair manual

Two questions:

1) where can I find the o2 sensor on my '85 5kcdt? Also, how would I know 
if it was bad? Is there a visual inspection I can do?

2) Where can I get my hands on the Bentley manual for my car? Who has the 
best price on it. I think that I could really use the manual since I like 
to make sure the car is in good shape.
