RE: A4 throttle body mods...
To reiterate (I'm not sure I've mentioned it on this list before
though): My understanding (therefore, YMMV) is that unless the
manufacturer can prove that the non-OE part explicitly caused the
failure, i.e., that if the non-OE part hadn't been there the failure
wouldn't have occurred, they're not off the hook.
