I know of a couple people that might be able to help you out.

1) Santa Fe Audi Salvage might have the used parts that you are looking 
for.  Ask for Mike and tell him that you heard about him from the 
internet.  Mid morning MST is most likely the best time to call.

2)  John at Sport Wheels has been doing conversions to water cooled turbos 
and has created some custom parts that might work for your application.
