90 Groan

My 90 (And wife's 80) Makes this weird groan. It is NOT Andrew Duane's 
wife...  It IS associated with the steering... in a tight parking spot 
going to lock the suspension or something groans. Its not the pump or 
belts...its mre like rod end or something. Anyone heard of this?
