Same thing for my 200 - same engine, I guess, although I have a turbo
tacked onto mine...

     60 C is minimum temp for "aggressive" driving in my Coupe based on
the 
     manual.

So my 200 never gets above around 70 or so celcius in normal daily 
driving. On the highway I get to just above the next mark (no label).
     
Should I be worried that it's not running hot enough? I have 20W-50 
Amsoil in there right now.

Could any A4Q owners report their typical oil temperature?  My gage 
generally
reads about 220 F, which seems high to me.
     
That's about right. You want it at minumum just above the boiling point 
of water to rid the system of all moisture. Synthetics are safe up to 
300-350 F.
