"Metal" brake pads generally required a break-in process to 
properly bed in the new pads.  European Car had a article on it 
about a month or two ago.  If I can find it I will post it.  I 
doubt you have that much wear, or uneven wear on such a new car, 
unless you have 40K miles or something.
