You indicate FWD, not Qs, so possibly the strut bearings or
suspension bushings moving around.  

If it they are  Qs, it may be normal.  The torsen seems to get confused at
very low speeds, and puts a lot of stress winding up the drive
train.  

My '88 90Q has (had) all of these - everything except the torsen can 
be exorcised, for a small fee.
