                 Hi,today I went to Audi dealer to see the difference
between 1.8 and V6 2.4 .  I surprised that
          they ask me to test drive the cars around the showroom.
                I like its smallness,like BMW ' sThree. The 2.4 V6 has much
better interior (looks luxurious).
          But both engines aren't smooth at all and not quiet also,I thing
the V6 should do better. the
           1.8,too ,my Accord VTEC is smoother. (OK this time I won't
compare the V6 with my Maxima's.!)
                About the brake,even with a light touch at the pedal ,the
car stops like you kick in the pedal
        ,too sensitive ,I think.
                                
                It's a time for me to decide whether to pay $8000 more for
V6....it's hard time.
                         I don't know  about their performance,because I
drive them as slow as 20 kph around the                         showroom .
But I feel that V6 is noticably quieter and smoother (though both not smooth
and quiet). 
                Oh one more thing ,the V6 has remote control door-lock and
rear speaker grill on rear panel while
                the1.8 four  doesn't have.
