Exhaust manifold

Fellow Listers;

I removed my Intake manifold this morning and now have a few decisions 
to make and am looking to the list for a little wisdom.

Exhaust manifold is cracked.
Local dealer has been welding them up, do I try this or go for the new 
two piece unit?
Where do I buy the new two piece?  
Shokan? if so please send their number.

4 Exhaust manifold bolts busted before I even get near them with socket.
Does the head have to come off to get these out?  I have a right angle 
drill and Easy Out set.
