Yup, not only Honda makes Accord VTEC, AWD Accord is also available.
Ironically, If I recall, Accord VTEC is not as fast as the name suggest --
0 to 60 will take something like 9.4 seconds. Irconically, the Accord VTEC
is assembled in the U.S.
