Now if its the decelaration portion (cut-off) of the bosch injection 
system CIS-KE jetronic,then the switch is on the throttle body and 
actuates the pressure actuator (reverse current) to cut-off fuel.
The switch (bottom of TB)is the cousin of the full throttle enrichment 
switch which sits atop the throttle body (white micro switch) to check,
pull off connector, move throttle linkage (you'll hear a click) and 
check continewety with voltmeter.
