Peter-
Looked through my Bently on the fuel injection section, it does not make mention
of a "deceleration valve" as you describe. It is not listed in the components of
the system. There is the throttle potentiometer which has the idle switch
integrated in it.
I'm somewhat familiar with fuel injection systems, can't seem to cross reference
anything to a "deceleration valve" for the 3B engine.
For all of you with the CIS system on the MC engine, it does have a
"deceleration cut off valve" component mounted to the air filter housing.
